The Case of the Ex…
I cannot make this shit up, and I have to get it out so here we go:
I broke up with you 4.5 months ago. Our relationship lasted a whole month!
You were completely irrational and downright nasty after our breakup because you weren’t getting your fucking way. Nobody has ever told you ‘no’ your whole damn life and your mantra is “I always get what I want”. Well TOUGH SHIT, not this time! You stuck to me like glue, and it didn’t take me long to realize it wasn’t what I wanted. Refused to give me the space I plainly asked for after we broke up, got pissed that I had to actively FORCE you to go away, and lashed out like a child.
You embarrassed me all over this city, because you were hurting, and it’s always been all about you. The drama lasted longer than the fucking relationship.
Some time passed, I bit my tongue, and wanted to smooth things over and act like an adult. For my sake, and for my friends’ sake.
I have moved on. And just because I am single DOES NOT mean I want to get back together. I looked you square in the eye and said the words “There is no chance, I do NOT want you back.” Most people would be hurt by that or at least take it seriously. Not you. You actually replied that I just ‘don’t know it yet’. WHAT?! How much clearer can I be?
I told you I am not leading you on, this is my attempt at living a drama-free existence, and somehow you are not understanding that it actually doesn’t mean I want to be with you.
I’m sorry I was good to you, I’m sorry you date trash and the one time you didn’t you smothered me til I couldn’t take it and cut the cord. Someone else out there will want that, it is certainly NOT ME.
It is NOT OK and not fair to tell me you still Love me, that you would take me back, and that you are convinced that it will happen. That fucks with my head, and I don’t need that.
You can’t force people into giving you what you want. Maybe it works for your business, but I refuse to let you manipulate me any further. I didn’t see it at first, but my eyes are wide open now and there is nothing that you can do to change my mind. So please STOP TRYING!

And also shows how much easier life would be if every one were just more honest about what they were thinking rather than just playing games.
